What do I need to use HOLA?

After your HOLA account is created, all you need is a computer with browser. We support all modern browsers ( Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Microsoft Edge).

How much does it cost?

We charge fixed amount per active user per month. The pricing is country specific, so feel free to get in touch and we will provide you with pricing for your country.

What is active user?

Active user is user with access to HOLA system. If some of your employees leave your team or organization, you can deactivate them. Once deactivated, the user can't successfully login into the system anymore. We will only charge you for active users and will not count in deactivated users.

Do I need to pay for storage space?

Nope! We only charge per active user per month. So it doesn't matter if your users store 100 MB, 1 GB, 10 GB, 100 GB or more. We will not charge you for storage space.

How do I pay?

We will invoice you for used services and you can pay via bank transfer.

Does each person on my team have to come to this site to create HOLA account?

Nope! You will setup main account and receive administrator privileges. As HOLA administrator, you can create accounts for your users with unique usernames and passwords (users can change their passwords after initial login). So your users don't have to sign up for HOLA, or pay for HOLA independently, or have any other obligations with regards to HOLA.

Do I need to do any maintenance or backup?

No. We take care of everything. HOLA system is automatically updated when there is new release with feature improvements and bugfixes. Wese also automatically backup all your data on regular basis.

How secure is my data?

We take security seriously. How much does it cost?

We charge fixed amount per active user license. To our enterprise customers, we also provide several additional premium modules to extend HOLA system features (2D & 3D CAD document viewer, Online Edit, HOLA Connector, HOLA Cloud Drive, HOLA Lite, additional Organization workspaces, etc.). Therefore the pricing depends on your system configuration. Feel free to get in touch and we will provide you with pricing targeted for your system configuration and your country.

What is active user?

Active user is a user with access to HOLA system. If some of your employees leave your team or organization, you can deactivate them in order to free the spot for new user.

Can I purchase license for additional users?

Sure! In case your team or organization outgrows the number of current active users in your HOLA system, you can purchase license for additional number of users.

Is it possible to integrate HOLA with 3rd party software?

Yes! We have experience integrating HOLA with various 3rd party applications (ERP systems, CRM systems, HR management systems, Portals, Office automation systems, OCR systems, etc.). Obviously the level and depth of integration depends on your requirements and needs. Integration is part of our custom development services.

Is it possible to modify or add new features into HOLA system?

Yes! We provide custom development services to our customers. First we analyze requirements and suggest possible implementation solutions together with scope, schedule & budget. After that we work with customer to identify which solution is best in order to meet their feature, schedule and budget goals of the project.

How do I pay?

We will invoice you for purchased product licenses, additional modules & services (if any). You can pay via bank transfer.

Do you provide maintenance services?

Yep! For the 1st year of system usage, we provide free maintenance support. At the end of the 1st year, you can decide if you want to purchase annual maintanance support service from us for next year.

What other services do you provide?

Outside of already mentioned annual maintenance service, if needed, we can help you with HOLA installation, initiation, folder structure & security setup, meta-data setup, user import, data migration and backup setup. If you are looking into deeper changes regarding how your documents are organized, we can provide you with consultation & advice on how to structure your documents, how to set naming conventions, meta-data conventions and security structure & organization. We can also help with user training.

If your needs require modification of existing HOLA features, addition of new features or integration with another software systems in your organization, we can help to implement these through our custom development services. Feel free to contact us to learn more about provided services.

Can HOLA handle a lot of users?

Our largest HOLA implementation to date is 8 000 users (for China Mobile in Shandong province, China). If your requirement related to number of users is higher than that, please feel free to get in touch. We can provide you with information regarding the scalability capabilities of HOLA and deployment strategies to meet your requirements.
